Such an amazing experience. As described on website. Say came to our house to do a walk through, the next day we had an offer and then within 7 days the inspection was complete. We picked our closing date and that was it!! No hidden fees or costs, what is offered is what you get at closing.

I live directly across the street from a property that Say Teoh and SCAL Real Estate LLC purchased, re-developed, and then sold. I was so remarkably impressed with Say’s professional skills in taking a 1950 distressed home and property to bring it up to an A+ standard and beautiful quality home in our neighborhood. Though the house was an eye-sore prior, he made it into a new shining “jewel of the hood” with new high-quality siding, fencing, roofing, painting, doors, windows, appliances, fixtures, lighting, counters, etc. His work raised the values of our entire neighborhood. That home had multiple offers and sold quickly. Say and his company of professionals worked with our neighborhood to make it a much better place. I personally recommend Say Teoh in the highest.
